Reliable sources claimed that Simon wants her to sign a five year contract with him for the show. Simon wants a big name after axing the former judges Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul. He wants to up the ratings of the show at least make the figures look better than the rival show American Idol.

Rumors are that Mariah Carey can also join the show as a judge, but same source confirmed that no doubt Mariah is good but she is not all that hot these days.

Beyonce has the ability to give the right amount of jump to the series which it desperately needs. The manager of Beyonce believes that she is a great person and would be an asset to the show because he manages her so he knows that how amazing she is.

If this deal happens perfectly, Beyonce will become the highest paid female singer and entertainer. After the deal the household income of Jay-Z and Beyonce would be more than a billion dollar.

But, she truly deserves to get this because she is talented and can take the show to a whole new level.

Beyonce and Simon have not made any formal comment on this so-called deal but we can expect a new judge in the form of Beyonce in X Factor. This is so cool because I love Beyonce, check her song Halo, it will blow your brains.

She is aware of the format of X Factor and has even appeared in 2008 as a mentor and even performed a duet with one of the contestants.
