Though the title may have come as a shocker to almost everybody, it is indeed true. It seems like the X factor guys are up for a bloodbath of sorts, for Paula’s ousting has been preceded by bidding bye-bye to Steve Jones and Nicole Scherzinger.

Though the duo of Steve and Nicole were expected by almost everybody to leave, Paula’s departure has come as a rude shock to her fans. The hit musical show has been riding turbulent waves since long, and this latest act from its stables has left everyone flustered.

Coming as a lightning bolt, Paula is seemingly furious over the development. The most convincing reason that is coming from show bosses’ end hints of Paula being too ‘soft’ to continue as a judge in the show. Apart from citing her as too lenient when compared to other judges, both the producers and the network bosses have cited the development as owing to ‘business reasons’.

Simon Cowell (co-host) and Paula took extra measures to let the matter appear all rosy and calm, with Simon even claiming that they would work together in the future. But insider info claims that there meeting was nothing on the lines of amicable. Reports even hint at exchange of some heated words between the two.

Well, that wasn’t entirely uncalled for. Was it?

Apparently, Fox network and show bosses put two and two together, and concluded that her ousting would be a better option.

When you consider that they went in for thorough research and comparative methods of X Factor’s last season, they may even be right! After all, they must have got quite a lot of evidences to back their decision.

Well, soft or not, Paula was a major attraction after Nicole, and we would certainly miss her presence on the show.
