You kid around with someone’s misfortune and you bear the brunt of his or her anger in some form.

Demi Lovato has been pretty vocal about her tussle with food. But, recently, things went a little too far, when a channel made fun of her eating ailment. She was ridiculed in a popular show, and it didn’t work it well for her.

She took the matter in her own hands and her anger was all over Twitter. She tweeted that how can a company who once had her as a part of their team, ridicule her even after losing her.

I can understand how you feel Demi. With all these joking remarks it would, certainly, hurt anyone.

Moving on, Demi was in the rehab for the treatment of bipolar disorder and bulimia last year. On the joking incident, she commented that is she the only actress getting thinner day by day.

The actress-singer gave one final piece of her to the channel with the caps key on, and it didn’t sound nice. The message was pretty clear that one should not joke around with a person’s ailment.

Whatever happens in Twitter spreads faster than wild fire and that is why she got almost five million followers. What five million followers! Now that is what we call making a strong point.

Apparently, the company got to know that the Grey’s Anatomy actress is not all that happy with what happened with her. The company officials immediately, tweeted her, conforming that both the parties are unnecessarily stretching the issue. They immediately clarified that their intention was not to hurt anyone.

Demi being professional accepted the apology. Supposedly, the channel asked the show to wrap it up and pulled out the Party It Up episode.

Demi won the prestigious People’s Choice Awards for the favorite TV guest star for appearing in the hit show, Grey’s Anatomy.

I am happy that Demi took a stern stand against injustice and bullying. Way to go, Demi!
