The Tudors is a period drama that revolves around the personal and social life of the King Henry VIII. The series shows the rebellious, romantic and audacious side of this king. The creators have experimented a lot with historical figures, in order to present an intriguing image of this ruler. The Tudors sis created and penned by Michael Hirst. In this epic drama, the immoral life of Henry VIII is highlighted, imbibed with exemplary uniqueness. Henry’s growing political as well as personal relationship with Anne Boleyn and Aragon. The first part is majorly centered on the issues in which he faced foreign invasion and in-house maneuvers. Henry’s power hungry attitude attracted him towards Anne Boelyn. Gradually, she turns into a matter of fixation for him and a way to get a successor as well as ultimate power. This fixation compels the king to leave his first consort, Katherine of Aragon. In the third part of the series, Henry decides to marry Anne of Cleves and Jane Seymour to get a successor for his kingdom. The third past also focused the birth of his son, Edward VI. It also showcases the events which took place in Henry’s life after his third and fourth marriages. In the next part of the series, Henry married Katherine Howard. It also brought to viewers the story of France’s attack. The debate to decide over his successor rules the discussion after Henry VIII’s death.
