The Real Housewives of Atlanta is a reality show telecast on Bravo. It debuted in 2008 following its forerunner show The Real Housewives of New York City. In 2009, it gained the highest rating of the franchise of The Real Housewives series and also garnered a colossal chunk of primetime viewership for Bravo. The Real Housewives of Atlanta revolves around the lives of some popular women who juggle their work, home and social life. The show gives viewers a chance to know about every enticing detail of the lives of these housewives. The currently starring participants of the show include NeNe Leakes, who is the creator of the Twisted Hearts Foundation. It deals with the issues of domestic violence. Leakes is on the verge to get divorce with husband Gregg Leakes. She has two children. Leakes has also written a book named ‘Never Make the Same Mistakes Twice’. Kim Zolciak is a divorcee, having two children. She practiced nursing from 1999 to 2003 in Connecticut and Georgia. She aspires to become a famous pop singer. In season 1, she dreamt of her debut as a singer, which turned true in 2009 when she released her single. Kim started a relationship with Kroy Biermann, after meeting him on season 3 of the show. Now, she is pregnant with his baby. Another participant is Shereé Whitfield, who is the former wife of Bob Whitfield, having two children. She divorced him after seven years of marriage but separated from him just after spending three years with him. She was given alimony of $755,000, property worth $1.1 million and the custody of their children.
