I am sure everyone has heard about this play bunny show, which focuses on Hugh Hefner, founder and editor-in-chief of Playboy magazine, and his girlfriends. The Girls Next Door is a reality series that premiered on the E! Cable Television Network, on August 7, 2005 (2005-08-07). The series is created by Kevin Burns and Hugh Hefner.
The Girls Next Door basically focuses on the lives of three young girls, who choose to live with 82 year old Hugh Hefner, in his Playboy Mansion. The three girls, around whom the series is focused, are Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson. The series covers the personal lives and the activities of these girls along with that of Hefner, inside the Playboy Mansion. Generally, the girls are kept busy on the show as they indulge in various events and activities like Playboy Jazz Festival at the Hollywood Bowl, Playmate test shoots at Playboy Studio West, Operation Playmate, party night and birthday parties.
All these girls have appeared thrice on the cover of the Playboy magazine, which was a dream come true for all of them. The show has gained a lot of popularity for different reasons.
