The TV series, Hannah Montana is a musical, family drama sitcom, which was launched on 24th March, 2006 on the Disney Channel. It soon gained immense popularity, not only amongst the teenagers, but adults as well. Richard Correll and Michael Poryes are the creators of the show, whereas Steven Peterman and Michael Poryes are the producers.
Till date, more than sixty one episodes of the show have been aired, spanning over three seasons. The show is about the life of Miley Stewart, a teenage school girl who tries to adjust to life in Malibu, after having moved from Tennessee along with her family, not long ago. Her father is Robbie Ray and her brother, Jackson Stewart, appears a little crazy. Miley’s mother died when she was just a child.
Although Miley seems to be an average next door girl, she, in fact, has dual identities. Her other identity is that of the famous teenage rock star, Hannah Montana and only her father (who also happens to be her manager), her two close friends, Oliver and Lilly and her brother knows this. In fact Lily also has a double identy, that of Hannah Montana’s close friend, Lola.
