The famous, anime TV series, Family Guy, was launched on 31st January, 1999 on Fox Network. Legendary animator, Seth McFarlane created the show, and produced it along with David Zuckerman, Daniel Palladino, David A. Goodman and Lolee Aries.
Despite good ratings, the show was cancelled in 2002, during its season 3. But the popularity and the great DVD sales, in 2003 caused the show’s revival on 1st May, 2005.
The plot of the show centers around the Griffin Family, whose chief is the repulsive, fat and stupid man called Peter. He is married to the charming Louis, who is eager to manage her family and issues in the best possible way. Their eldest daughter is Meg, who is socially not very acceptable, due to which she is the butt of several family jokes. The second child is, fourteen year old Chris, who is good in art but a failure in studies and feels uncomfortable talking to girls. Then there is Stewie, the autocratic and brilliant infant, who would like his family to die and rule the Earth. Rounding up the family is the smart talking dog, Brain, who loves martini.
